Yoga & Meditation

The practice of yoga and meditation provides a holistic and systematic approach to taking care of ourselves (physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically) so that we may release the tensions and obstacles that stand in the way of our well-being and freedom to be authentic. Through the tools that yoga has to offer, including asana (yoga poses) and pranayama (breathing techniques), we can experience what it means to be fully present in each moment.

My aim is to create a supportive learning environment that guides you beyond the physical experience of yoga into a deeper exploration of Self. I have shared these teachings in many different settings and studios over the years. In addition to private instruction, you can join my group classes at Three Birds Yoga Studio.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga Level 2

Thursday 9:30am•75 minutes

This playful and dynamic class moves through powerful and balanced sequences that integrate movement, mantra, mudra, breath awareness and yoga philosophy. Recommended for anyone who feels comfortable and confident moving through sun salutations.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga Level 1/2

Fridays 9:30am•75 minutes

This mixed level alignment-based flow class balances clear instruction, fluid movement and thoughtful sequencing with plenty of variations for everyone. While each class is different, you will experience a blend of asana, breathwork and spiritual teachings.
