Thank you for visiting and for exploring ways to learn more about yoga, breathwork, meditation and your own healing and personal growth. I started my own journey a few decades ago while in graduate school to help balance persistent stress in my life. What began as a weekly yoga class eventually evolved into a full commitment to living a yogic lifestyle. 

To help others do the same, I offer workshops, one-to-one mentoring, and customized private and group sessions, including for teacher trainings and retreats. I have a special place in my heart for working with youth. Everything I teach is informed by Ayurvedic principles to cultivate seasonal and daily balance and connection. I provide a holistic and nurturing approach to sustainable change that is targeted to YOUR needs.
