PRANAYAMA & YOGA NIDRA

In this class, there is a focus on circulation of prana/life force through breath awareness followed by deep relaxation called Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep. Little movement is required and all levels can benefit from this stress relieving practice of deep relaxation.
