Join me to learn more about the ancient teachings of Ayurveda, also known as the sister science of Yoga. We will explore Ayurvedic tools and techniques for staying centered and nourished, including the use of foods, spices, essential oils, breath work and asana. These seasonal workshops include discussion, relaxing yoga, breath work practice and yummy treats that are also good for you. All levels are always welcome.
