Thank you for visiting Kikayoga and for exploring ways to learn more about yoga, breathwork, meditation and your own healing and personal growth. I started this journey many years ago while in graduate school to help balance persistent stress in my life. What began as a weekly yoga class eventually evolved into a full commitment to living a yogic lifestyle so that I could help others do the same.
I offer workshops, one-to-one mentoring, and customized group and private sessions, including for teacher trainings and retreats. I have a special place in my heart for working with teenagers and all of my work is informed by Ayurvedic principles to cultivate seasonal and daily balance and connection. I provide a holistic and nurturing approach to sustainable change that is targeted to YOUR needs.
