How do you find balance after a long, hot summer? How can you fine tune your self-care practices to support your own unique constitution?
Join me to learn more about the ancient Art of Ayurveda, also known as the sister science of Yoga. We will explore Ayurvedic tools and techniques for staying calm, cool and energized, including the use of foods, spices, essential oils, breath work and asana. The workshop will include a brief lecture, relaxing yoga practice and refreshing snack. All levels are welcome.
