My lifelong passion has been helping others to find their own way towards health and well-being, which is our natural state. Through the journey of yoga, we discover that we are already whole. My teaching approach empowers and guides you on your own individual path to wellness. In addition to public classes, I create custom yoga and meditation programs for all ages and abilities.
