Ananda Ashram offers time away from the distractions of life, where you can explore being unplugged and reconnected to those you love. Developed for parents and kids who want to share yoga and creative expression in an environment that cultivates simplicity and joy, this special two-day retreat for families includes time together and time apart to learn, relax and grow. Family camp activities will foster creative exploration through self-care and empowerment with yoga movement, relaxation techniques, making mandalas and more!
Led by seasoned yoga teacher and co-founder of downdog kitchen, Christina is an ashram yoga teacher dedicated to guiding kids of all ages to cultivate their unique voice through the power of yoga, food and mindful living.
Come for one night or extend your time together while enjoying all that Ananda Ashram has to offer, including the pool, hiking trails, and delicious vegetarian meals.
