Mango-Lime Energizing Smoothie
1 cup frozen or fresh mango (make sure mango is ripe, as green mango can be heating)
juice of 2 limes
1 celery stick
splash of flax seed oil (optional)
splash of honey (optional)
1 cup or more of water (adjust for the consistency you prefer)
Place all ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Sit back and relax.
